Sales & Return Policy
Our Promise Before You Buy
Every gown at Loved Twice Bridal is shown, tried on, and reviewed in person with a dedicated stylist before any purchase is finalized. Before you buy, you have every opportunity to:
- Try on and closely inspect the gown, including its condition, fit, and any alterations it may need
- Review full measurements, condition notes, and photos, provided for complete disclosure
- Ask your stylist questions about the garment's history, care, or preservation
- Take the time you need — return for a second or third fitting before deciding
Because we build in this level of care and disclosure before a sale, we ask every client to make their final purchase decision with full confidence.
In-Store Purchases
All Sales Are Final
All merchandise is sold as shown and is final at the time of purchase. Measurements, condition, and photos are provided in full prior to purchase so you can make an informed decision.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for a change of mind, sizing regret, or dissatisfaction after purchase, except as described under Exceptions below.
This reflects:
- The one-of-a-kind, consigned nature of our inventory — most gowns belong to an individual consignor, not the boutique
- Standard practice across the bridal resale and sample industry for gently-used and one-of-a-kind formalwear
- The extensive opportunity every client has to review a gown in person, as described above, prior to purchase
Appointment Fees
A booking fee secures your appointment time. If you can't make it, please give us notice — here's how each fee works:
Non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling. Required to reserve every appointment.
Assessed if you don't cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Not reimbursable.
The booking fee can act as a credit toward your gown only in the event that you purchase the gown in full during your first appointment. Return appointments, online purchases made after your appointment, and Try-At-Homes do not qualify.
If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, we may assess an additional $25 “no-show” service charge to your account. This no-show charge is not reimbursable.
Try-At-Home & Shipped Orders
Damages, Defects & Issues
This section applies whenever a gown leaves the boutique before a purchase is finalized — whether it's shipped to you or taken home directly following an in-person appointment — and to any item shipped after purchase.
Please inspect the gown as soon as you receive it. If it arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you selected, contact us within 2 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This is our responsibility to resolve and is not subject to the restocking fee described below.
Exceptions — Case-by-Case Review
Outside of the damage/defect scenarios above, Loved Twice Bridal may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or exchange as a rare courtesy — for example, a significant condition issue that wasn't disclosed at the time of sale. Approval is never guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case by store management.
Any approved refund — whether for a damage/defect issue or a courtesy exception — will be issued only to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gowns altered or tailored, once alteration work has begun
- Gowns with tags, care labels, or packaging removed
- Sample sale, clearance, or final-markdown items
- Custom or special-order gowns
Refunds & Payment Disputes
If a refund is approved — for a shipping/handoff issue or a courtesy exception — we'll notify you once we've received and inspected the item, and you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Every shipped order includes tracking and delivery confirmation. We retain this, along with your signed purchase acknowledgment and pre-purchase condition disclosures, as documentation in response to any payment disputes or chargebacks.
Payment Method
Once a purchase has been paid for, the credit or debit card on file for that transaction cannot be changed or substituted. Any approved refund under the sections above will be returned only to the original card or payment method used at purchase.
