Cancellation Policy

All gowns listed online are also available in our Beverly Hills boutique and can be sold at any time. If one of your dress/item is unavailable when we receive your order, we will contact you to choose an alternative or offer a refund.

Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method for the total amount of item being sent, including tax and shipping, if applicable, before fulfilling the order. The authorization is valid for 7 days. You will have three days with your item(s), including day of delivery, to decide if you want to keep the it/them. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount. You also understand that should you decide not to purchase the item and send it back, you agree to be charged for any damages found or if the item needs to be cleaned.
