Sample Sale FAQs

What if I am not local to shop in store?

All of our sample sale items will be available to purchase online starting November 27th at 8AM.

Can I book an appointment?

Yes! We will hosting in store appointments for two days, Nov 28-29 only.

What items are included?

The sample sale will have wedding gowns, veils and little white dresses. Preview will be live Nov 10th at 8AM PST. You can preview the collection of items here.

What are the prices?

All Gowns will be heavily discounted and under $3,000. LWD will be under $450 and Courthouse gowns will be under $900, accessories will be under $450. These are rare sample sale prices and are up to 75% off retail.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be fulfilled starting Wednesday, December 3rd.

How many gowns can I try on?

Your stylist will help try on as many gowns as possible. Please be mindful that you have thirty minutes and we do not do holds. The goal is to find your wedding gown during your sample sale appointment.

What are the hours?

Thursday: Closed- Thanksgiving (Online Only)
Friday: Saturday: 10-5PM (Online and In Store)
Sunday: 12-5PM (Online)

Monday: 10-4PM (Online)

Can I put things on hold?

No, these items can not be put on hold. Items that you forfeit will go back on the sales floor and will return to full resale price after the end of the sale.

What is the Return Policy?

All sales are final. We are unable to accept any exchanges or returns and will not issue refunds.

How many guests can I bring?

You, the bride, will be allowed two guests with you.

How can I be prepared?

Preshop the collection ahead of your appointment. Come prepared with minimal makeup and shape wear. While you will have a fitting room to yourself, please be prepared as if it were a communal space.

What's the parking situation?

There are plenty of metered parking spots all along Robertson Blvd that allow you to park 2 hours. There are also 2 & 4 hour parking spots in the side neighborhoods. Please be mindful of your time.

Will I have a stylist and private room?

You will have a stylist to assist you during your appointment questions.

Will my time be managed?

Yes. To ensure we are able to service all of our sample sale guests, we will monitoring your time.

What are the forms of Payment?

We will only be using credit cards as a form of payment. We do not have Apple/Google Pay. Please note: full payment is due as you will be going home with your items the same day.

Are alterations or dry cleaning included?

Alterations and dry cleaning are not included. Gowns are sold in as is condition so please consider those costs when making your purchase.
