The Naeem Khan New Zealand gown is statement gown! The sheer crew neckline is made of delicate ivory tulle with modern beadwork in ivory stones. The beadwork transtions to a two tier fringe texture. The fringe layer covers the waistline for a modified aline fit in the skirt. The petticoat was removed during alterations. It can be added back for more volume, but please note that this will make the dress a bit shorter. The skirt is made in a silk taffeta. There is no bustle in the minimal train.
